Wedding Day Schedule

Recommended attire is "casual elegance".

Ring Ceremony 4:30 - 5:00

Please be on time! We are doing a quick ceremony. We will exchange vows and exchange rings in front of our family and friends. The ceremony will take place upstairs. You can either take the stairs or elevator. We are excited to have Ini Essien performing the saxophone for us!

Patio Photos 5:00 - 5:30

Weather permitting, the photographer will take photos on the upstairs patio - just outside the ceremony room. Our family and the wedding party will have photos taken first. So be ready when it's your turn! You can see the Arch from the patio.

Reception Starts 5:30

Find your table and grab a drink. Your table assignments are written on the wedding favors. Drinks will be pour your own so if you can't find something you like on your table, head over to the drink table and grab something tasty!

Dinner Served 5:35

Dinner will be served buffet style. Wedding party will go first, then family. Check out what's on the menu!

Tea Ceremony 5:45

As a way of showing reverence and respect, Bryce & Daniella will pour tea for their parents, grandparents, and uncles.

Toasts 6:15 - 6:45

We will be asking a few family members and friends to give toasts during dinner.

Cut & Serve Cake 7:00

We'll cut the cake and serve it up for our friends and family. It is a vanilla flavored sugar free cake with a whipped cream frosting.

Clean Up 8:00 - 8:30

Please scrape your plates clean into the garbage and neatly stack your dishes on the catering table to make it easier for us to return them to the rental company. Thank you!

Photographer Leaves 8:00

Last call to get a professional photo! Thank Krista Rose Frohling for taking all the amazing wedding photos!

Dancing & After Party 8:45 - last call!

We'll meet up just a 5 minute walk from the venue at Form Skybar at 705 Olive. When you get to Hotel St. Louis, its on the Rooftop Floor (Floor 16). We'll get the real party started! After that, we might go elsewhere, depends on the mood and whimsy of the group!
